Yea this works if you want to build your ab's... however it doesn't work if you want to see your ab's. If you want to see them you better break out the vegetables and through away all the sugars, fastfood, ALL FAT and get on with some cardio about 3-4 days a week. Working your ab's doesn't do diddly squat for burning stomach fat :)

@iskizzibubu they shouldn't but some will, probably the best advice i can give (that i personaly use) is when doing the crunch exercise, focus on one part o f the roof and dont look away from that spot, you should be lifting your uper body not curling it over, plus it adds to the resistance
